Rupert and Adam set up their company together in June 2001, forming a dynamic company dedicated to the design and production of the highest quality furniture, decorative items, interior and architectural finishes. They do not have a standard range of products, but with a comprehensive understanding of traditional and modern construction methods, materials, period detail and ornament, they are able to produce a limitless range of designs to suit their client’s tastes. They also make fine copies of existing antiques ordinarily unavailable to private individuals due tot heir rarity or value. They work in Timber (including rare and exotic veneers), Marble, Stone, Metal, Plaster and Glass, all of which represent the very best of English craftsmanship.

The Client’s needs are discussed in detail, and are followed by proposals in the form of accurate scale drawings done by hand (which are considered by many of their clients to be works of art in their own right). Once a design has been agreed, it is backed up with a full specification and working drawings for approval, along with quotes and timescale, enabling the client to have full control over the design and making process. Work is then completed to the highest possible standard by a team of expert craftsmen.

Rupert, Adam and their team can take your ideas from concept to completion, tailoring them to your budget and timescale, and adding expert advice at every stage to provide an efficient and professional service to suit the most exacting requirements.

Rupert Bevan trained under a master restorer and conservator for four years before setting up his own company in London working with antique painted and gilded furniture, and producing new furniture and architectural schemes requiring specialist finishes. He has run this successfully for the past twelve years having quickly established his reputation, working for many of the world’s top antique dealers and decorators, as well as some of the more prominent museums and collectors.

Adam Hely-Hutchinson studied under a master cabinet-maker as designer and draughtsman for seven years, eventually taking over the day to day management of his workshops. He also worked for four years on the design of furniture and displays for museums and galleries and the restoration of period buildings, with a further three years experience of prestigious architectural and interior projects gained from working with a property developer based in London.
