Spiral Staircase in Clear Glass with Sandblasted Stainless Steel Newel and Fittings, Etched Glass treads and Leather-covered handrail. The base is made from a solid block of Portland Basebed Limestone with integral uplighters and cantilevered stone treads. This piece contains over 450 separate components, pushing the structural capabilities of steel and glass to their limits. It forms the centrepiece of a Mahogany Library recently completed for a private client, which is visible in the background.
