Lacquered Cabinet on Stand with Gilt Chinoiserie decoration and gilt brass mounts. The design is based on the Lacquered Cabinets of the early eighteenth century, with the detailing of the decoration taken from Stalker and Parker's 1690 treatise on the subject. The interior is fitted out as a dressing table, with hinged and canted mirrors concealing shallow cupboards with adjustable shelves. Between the mirrors are light boxes with frosted glass diffusers which provide a perfectly even light for applying make-up etc.

This timeless design adapts beautifully to a wide range of applications, including Drinks cabinets, Television and Hi-fi.
The stand is based on a Regency model containing a single drawer.
