Library Centre Table in Elm and Burr Elm with Bronze knobs, locks and grilles, and a Scagliola top. Although this piece was mainly designed in the spirit of the early nineteenth century for the main deck of a luxury yacht, it was given a contemporary twist by including a Scagliola top representing marine life in exotically coloured Marbles inlaid into a Limestone ground. The top was honed and sealed to give a hard-wearing and practical finish, and the carcase was patinated and polished by hand.
