Front Door made in crown cut English Oak with wrought Bronze decoration. This pair of doors takes its inspiration from a thirteenth century original at a church in Dorset, reinterpreted in an Arts and Crafts style for a newly built house. Weighing in at a massive 150 Kg per leaf, it features the latest in electronic access control, carefully concealed within the body of the door. All of the metalwork (including the nails, bolts and hinges) was wrought by hand in silicone bronze and chemically aged to give a weathered appearance and the woodwork was wax polished by hand.
